Love letter

Dear Darling ,
How to start I do not know , probably I have never written a love letter ever in my life but , today I donot know why but I feel like loving to write a love letter. I have started this letter with "Dear" as I donot have any other Darling so nothing to compare about like Dear , dearer or dearest bla bla bla
I donot think that you might have received any love letter from me in past 4 years 4 months and 4 days of our relationship , although I understand that its still at very nascent stage  and specially when we have not met physically in past 3  years but you have been with me every moment and every second of my life and  then it becomes more important to write a love letter. Although concept of love letter has changed entirely and from paper it has come on websites and now you can not smell the ink used by me but then even I feel you can understand the message what I want to convey to you.
I am sorry it may disturb you , I know how much we love each other , I know meeting in person is not at all important in a relationship but then even I wanted to convey my love to you as you already know that I like little show off .
I donot know from where I should start , I dnot know what i should write in this love letter , All that I know is " I love you my darling"

I should start from 1st day of college or from last day of our one to one meeting or from last telephonic conversation we had 3 years back but one thing I know that through this love letter I just want to show off that " I love you tooooooooooooooooooooooooo" I also want to write this love letter as someone said me that world is going to end on 20th Dec 2012 according to any ancient calender or what so ever and if I donot survive I expect server of google to survive and let other coming generation know that "I love you too"
I think I should start from city which gave me a lot and credit goes to New Delhi and thui this letter I will have to start from very 1st day of our meeting , 16th July 2008 , if I am not wrong I saw cuta, google of my life that day , I donot remember much about the yellow frok you were wearing which had big petals of rose printed on it and was till your knee height but face coming out of it had been only face to which i bowed ever in my life apart from my mom , dad , aunti and uncle. Although cotton frok is not significant here but that beautiful frok became part of history the day you chose it to buy.
Any way I dnot think that you would have forgotten my cheap behavior that day when I took your admit card for entering late into arena , I am sorry for it but my only intention was to get an opportunity to talk to you and probably you understood it. Smile with innocence travelling in front of me , how can I forget.

its just not right

Richs are only future of poors and thus act of poors can not be wrong , although an activity of murder can not be justified unless it is in self defence under life threatening conditions but any way for some one it becomes murder and for some one it becomes life saving event , whom to justify probably who lived to justify themselves I do not understand.  In one or another form it has been rightly said survival of fittest and those who survives are right , probably if Hitler would have own second world war History would have been different . How can we forget case of Italian Marine crew in Indian sea where they shot dead two Indian fishermen , although it was not something they did intentionally , rather they thought them to be Somalian Pirates but for two families or whole nation it was serious case of murder , but in this case what an irony money proved its might again , family of dead got Rs 1cr and they were happy , although there can be different argument on it as well like “one who has gone cannot come back , how family will survive , one who had to go has gone and many different arguments to justify act of those two sisters who accepted  ransom of Rs 1 cr blood bathed with their brother , although I am no one who can justify their act or even say that what they did is wrong , else people will ask me “will I pay for their livelihood” why will I. I work hard to get mine , could not they work , but no. They choose another way out , a way which gave proper sleep to our congress president Sonia Gandhi , who actually belonged to Italy. So again I would ask , what you will call it . Right or wrong , Nothing is right , nothing is wrong its only the way you see things , My way could not justify acceptance of 1cr Rs and letting killers of their brother go by taking off the case where as actual victim found it acceptable and accepted it gladly.  I do not say that , what those two girls did was wrong but what I meant is that Rs 1 cr is less , rest everything is fine . I would not have settled in anything less than  100 cr ( maybe I am being rude but I am like this only)

Some time I think , who are we , what are we doing , although I understand that what so ever I am doing is Just planned and for some one its good and for some one its not but why am i doing it and whats ultimate goal to be achieved by all these arrays of mine , I do not know this.

Here I am going to share one another thought of mine , please do let me know whether I am write or not , at least according to you.

There is nothing natural in human being or specifically what I meant to say is that human being is just an advanced or most advanced form of self reproducing robot , Now many eyebrows may go up and many may consider me as an idiot but I have argument for it and I am going to back it hence further.

Life theory

When one makes on shoe he is called as a cobbler , you sew one cloth you are called darzi , you make food for one house you will be called what I donot know but what I know that if you are cutting hairs of richs , you are called as “hair dresser” and making many shoes you become “shoe designer” that is leader of cobblers become Footware designer or a business man , what changes there is “profit” , in terms of selling large number of shoes large profit changes designation but work remains same and that is of “making shoes” and similarly a darzi becomes fashion designer only because he/she sew cloths of richs like Anil Ambani or his elder brother or people like him. Rich owner rich servant but designations of rich servants have been changed to more sophisticated forms  like there sophisticated owner. At the end of day an IAS officer in India is a public servant at least according to constitution of India. 

Our society setup has been designed to only facilitate richs or in another words we can say that social system has been designed to ease or justify acts of richs definitely with some control which makes them only King maker not King actually.

A recent news about few dance girls dancing in a local cricket match at a district of Bihar named Samastipur grabbed attention of many , I donot know the reason as I have been watching beautiful girls with only undergarments dancing in high paying 20-20 matches every day , only difference what I felt was that at Local match ground match , girls where not sophisticated and were actually wearing some cloths and probably they came from a society which is only accepted by middle class men at night and specially when they are aloof but only problem was that middle class or lower earning class was trying to imitate richs in their own style or according to their own capacity , so their dancers were not costly dancers and probably their nights were open in public and dancers of 20-20 matches have richs as their clients even after match whose quantity is less and thus their nights are only known to richs and not described in public. So when richs were enjoying their part of beauty it was their duty and how could it be right while same act by middle class or poor earning class be wrong just because their payment structure is low. I donot think so , what do you say ?

Privatisation of Indian education system

There have always been a classy debate about privatizing our Indian Education System where the people belonging to group of poverty line deny the Right To Education to their own children so that they can act as a mediator in earning “Bread For living” on the other hand privatizing the whole Education System would not only handicap the literacy rate among the children but will also retard them socially as well because the good behavior is learnt in school only. The Education System provided by Government comes with lot of services like Mid Day Meal Programme, School Health Programme etc.so thus helps the student from Government studying school to come to school regularly improves literacy rate and also helps in improving the health status too.

 But as every coin has two sides so is the dilemma -the students of Government school tend to be more negligent when it comes to Education as the family is not paying for it, so the conscience to study or quench to study and gain knowledge is practically less .Mostly these respective students come to school due to the services provided by the Government or just have a primary Education so that they can categorize them as 'Literates' but beyond that it is like 'Beating about the Bush'

 And thus the privatization comes into role in this -As Privatization has its own Benefits as well like -In Private Education as the people are paying huge amount so that the students studying in these respective sectors have an excellent standard in all the phase of personality which includes nourishing the talents of individuals, improvement in communication skills etc. In certain places, a code of ethics is maintained For eg- In some private schools its adamant to speak in English, so that the communication skill develop in early age. Privatization improves the Education System by concentrating on knowledge oriented subjects rather than on mere literacy rate, thus improving and increasing standard ,communication skill etc but the disadvantage is that the expenditure increases and at times its difficult for certain families to live up to financial demands of this sector!!!

 But in the end its always the individual choices when it comes to the schooling of student in Government or Private Sector but the only truth that follows this is -privatization can run parallel to Government Sector but can never intersect or replace it....

we have launched notebook "website"  with name of our website , as we do not have enough fund to advertise our website , this gives us two model pitched in one format.

1. Advertisement on notebook , a new concept which will target youth as youth use notebooks to write and it has better visibility than any magazines.

2. website , although its in primary phase and only 15% have been complete as of yet , we want to make a system through which pre-schools, schools , coaching centres , Parents , teachers & studnets can come on one platform which may be free of cost for all of them and a student can have access to notes and education related information in his panel where as parent will have check on performance of student through feedback from his/her coaching teachers or school teachers or college teachers and may be online practice papers which he/she will attempt as part of his/her daily learning. 

Business model & discription

Notebook will advertise for website and also bring revenue by giving advertisement space to other youth targetting brands , we have sales of about 50,000/month notebooks in NCR region primarily New delhi & Noida

Website will generate revenue from advertisement or sales of product shown on website , as it will be free for schools , colleges , coaching centres , teachers ,Parents ,Students & recruiters.In simple words it will be Linkedin of education. As of now every educational institute is buying LMS and other Parent teacher communication system but we will keep it free for all which will bring huge traffic on its own.

Market Opportunity & Analysis

Notebook advertising has huge opportunity on its own , although acceptance of this new methodology by market will take some time but we have been getting response from institutes like that of Manav rachna University , Amity University and few more. Notebook advertisement  has advantage over other form of advertisement due to high self life and better visibility. If we talk about educational advertising its of Rs 1.5 billion in Indian market and its 15% of total advertisement market , if we just talk about advertisement in print media.(according to FICCIKPMG 2011 report) , NCR has every day consumption of 3,00,000 notebooks which has advertisemnet space worth 12million/day (according to our current rate chart)

if we talk about website opportunities ,its huge India has population of 400 million who go every day for education, internet penetration is not very deep in India but due to huge population and every day changing modules of exams , students and thus online education is future.

Competitive overview

Being in online and offline market we, have competetive advantage over our both sorts of rivals. Although apart from few big players like ITC , BUILT , Navneet & Neelkamal. Notebook has much of local players but as we will have competitive advantage with revenue from advertisements, we can garner more and more space out of it , moreover our website will get visibility by being in hands of youth in form of notebook and it will increase there habit of using website . Moreover there is no such online educational informer or users space which has presence offline as well thus our website will have added advantage and as we are planning to keep it free for all educational institutes , once its ready to use then usage will be high in comparison to any future competition.

Although few educational brands have already entered into space but they have limitation in terms of reach as they have reached till their own studnets only but due to website Notebooks we have reached to many

Product & business Execution

Website paper Notebooks are available in NCR market and students are using it , we are getting advertisement as well (we have only 6 accounts as of now). we calculate conversion rate of advertisement according to direct traffic which gets generated on our website. As far as our website is concerned , we have completed directory part of website and slowly we are filling information about different educational institutes , in the mean time recruiters section & Test fuction is getting ready and it will be attached , on an average we have about 200 unique visitors every day. Once recruiters & online test section will be ready , we will have focus on LMS & communication module. We are in talk with differnt educational bodies like Samalkha group , Manav Rachna , MITRC and many more who are willing to use our system once its ready to use.

In Notebook sales , we are in market since past 5 months and we are growing at rate of about 30% evbery month , we have retail shop space of about 300 shops in Delhi & Noida , although as we are not manufacturer of Notebook so we are having little problem. we are mainly dependent on advertisement revenue.

Key concept of both segment which we have targeted , online & offline Profit model lies with product sales and advertisement. For our website , we donot have any advertiser as of yet but as soon as we will feel that we are generating enough leadfs to sell , we will put our product in market for advertisement sales on to it.

Although in our presentation we are talking only about Notebook advertisement as , website is not full functional and not ready for space selling as of now.

So called Kam wali bai , my first so called girlfriend

 While my first flight from Newdelhi to Mumbai I saw a beautiful girl coming in front of me to offer tea components and I had always been habituated to Indian version of tea that is strong tea , so I always prefer two tea bags. I asked that pretty girl for another tea bag and she was ready with her excuse that she could offer only one tea bag , although I am not habituated of getting irritated on these issues but in the manner she say said I fealt she is showing offff and then my extreme reaction was to make her realise her duty which was “customer satisfaction and for that only customer pays” I asked for price of tea which she boastfully said Rs50 , I asked for another tea prepration kit which had sugar bag , tea bag & stirrer as previous one. I took out another Rs50 note , handed over to her and asked for kit which she handed to me gracefully and happily , I took out tea bag from that packet ,handed over rest to her and while dipping two teabags into my cup I said “ Keep rest in your home kitchen and consider it as a gift from a fellow traveller”  She got ashamed and tried to return my Rs50 and that Rashmi  Sharma became my girlfriend for next three years hahaha. I had a “kam wali baaai” as my girl friend. No offence to for her its just a joke Rashmi. We departed with mutual understanding and I am sorry for you as you left your job due to my thoughts and tried to persue Engineering as your career which was never your cup of tea or at least a tea bag for your cup. You were good in fulfilling basic necessity of richs although your dad is one of those richs who donot like getting served from you at your house but he had no choice while he was in the flight which by chance being served by you. But any way i would like to thank god that since then he got proper thought for every human being.

Although she was first girl in my life since Sonia pandey had gone (I was a kid when Sonia pandey was in my life, its only now that I realised that there was a female partner in my life whose company I use to enjoy apart from my family members) Any way probably I am deviating from topic whic I am meant to discuss here and that is what I believe “No work is small its only exchange value which makes it small or big.

Nothing is right nothing is wrong , its only the way we see the things and its just the exchange value which makes us see.

I donot know when it all started but what I feel is that now people donot understand me , I donot understand it why , either they donot want to understand or they donot see what I want them to see.

Any way why some one will see “what I want them to see ,  Any way it all started with cleaning of loo, I donot know who designated this work to certain type of people which were latter type cast or given a designation in different societies. Here I want to keep two understanding of mine but I donot understand how to some them up or co relate them.

1.       Nothing is right Nothing is wrong its only the way we see things

2.       Nothing is small or big or low profile or high profile its just the exchange value

Let us start with second one here “No work is small or great its just what we get in lieu of it as exchange value.

We call him a chottu or a peopn in our daily life and he/she  is probably must   important person of a family or an office , but his/her importance is seldom ignored , although some where at our back of mind his/her importance lies which we appreciate some times while watching movies. He is one who offers water to our guest at our home so that we may get enough time to talk to them. He/she is some one who gets up early in the morning so that we may get proper nap . He/she is the one who cooks our food so that we may reach office with full appetite and focus on our work .

When all of above is done by our parents we consider it as love and affection but in case of him/her we exchange his/her services with cash without any proper regard for them ,its  not that our parents have no expectations from us , although they donot do it for cash but in lieu of it they want more from us and what they do is like an investment for them , for there pride and their social value as they have to answer society and secure there old age. Get up and grow. Live and others live 

future of online education

Every activity globally is shifting and so is education,"Education is taking a shift toward online services and commitment. May it be private or Business and Government entities are

using online education system to spread out education or other information fast and effectively. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department uses online education to get out legal updates,and not only that but now in India Noida traffic police takes information from daily commuter on facebook and there has been annual training, mandatory training issues and any update that they need to get out to the nearly 200 staff. By doing this it allows for all individuals to receive the information in a short period of time, allows verification as different commuters complain themselves regarding issue

that the training was received, and provides a record for accountability that they received the

training. Once the student completes the course they are checking and stating that they have

retained and received the information in online education model , although its different from online policing.

But online education system has some serious issue atleast according to me ,Some of the major problems that I observe for online training and education is that it is not taken very seriously by students at least I can say as serious as information provided in a classroom setting. Some of the tactics used to curb this is by administering a comprehension test but I donot think its enough. However when the online material is presented in masses, Although today I have seen students asking questions for there homework on websites like www.genportal.in

there is no way to confirm that the KBT is their responses and not the groups. I also see that it

becomes rather bland over time and does not include some of the key elements for adult learning.

Since different people have different learning styles, it is not very effective for teaching some

adults.

The future of online education is promising for those who want to reach a large number of

people in a shorter period of time. It is effective for people with time limitations, and those who

have access to the technology required receiving it. Businesses are always looking for ways to

make shortcuts and save money. Online training will save the costs of training staff in

conferences, lectures and send them out of state to receive education. I foresee that this will be a

marketing tool used by many instructors in the future.

Uneducated free India-2015

After a struggle of 200 years India got freedom, for this freedom 1000’s of people sacrificed there lives. But the present India is not that India for which our leaders sacrificed there lives and fought with the British people.

The present India is an India full of uneducated population who even can’t think there good and bad. There are government policies for there upliftment but because they are uneducated they can’t take the benefits of those policies for their betterment.

Disadvantages of uneducated population:

Corruption: the biggest disadvantage of uneducated population is corruption since people are not aware about the policies of government which are meant for them so they can’t use them properly so that money and policies are exploited by the officials which are meant to deliver it. And because of corruption the development rate is very slow.

Crime rate: uneducated population also increases crime rate since there are basic need of everyone and if they are uneducated they are unemployed so to meet their basic need they involve themselves in a criminal activities to earn money and to meet there basic needs.

Unemployment: uneducated people also increase unemployment which will decrease development rate, per capita income of a country.

Measures to educate people: various measures have been taken by people to educate people.

Government started opening night schools for the poor and aged people so as they can work in the afternoon and study in evening in night schools for free.

Government also started several schemes like mid day meal, school chale hum schemes to promote education among children.

Government also promise free education for the poor, girls and the needy people to make them educated.

The above measures are taken by government every educated person should promise themselves to educate the uneducated person, if things will go to this kind of personal front only then a drastic change will come in the society.

And soon we will be having 100 education rate and all our social evils will disappear suddenly. And that will become that India about which NEHRU and GANDHI JI have dreamt off.

Education is all what takes and why do we need reservation

India is a secular country, it has residents of various religions and castes out of which there are castes which are being exploited years and years by upper caste peoples.

History : in ancient India the people were divided on the basis of there karma (work, profession),on that basis we have four varnas(groups) in our society namely Brahmins (they perform worships) ,kshatriyas(warriors),vaishya(the business class) and the sudras(tailors, cobblers etc.) in ancient India these groups are not hereditary anyone can choose the profession of their choice and can belong to any category of there choice but as time passes these things become hereditary and the sudra class became the class which suffered the most they were exploited by the people of other classes very severely they were treated as untouchables and are not allowed to enter temples ,bath at public places there right of education was also taken by high class people the people of high class think if they will be educated who can do there household chores etc.

In 18^th century when Gandhi ji came into light they have treated them very well he call them people of god that is “HARIJAN”.

After having such a dreadful history these people deserve something better for themselves after all they are also human beings they have a right to live like normal human being so need reservation to uplift themselves in a society which exploited them years and years .so that is why we need reservation .

Lastly, reservation should be given on monetary basis also ,because there are people of harijan class who can afford a better education to there children nowadays but there are people of general class who even can’t afford the food for two times so because of this reservation system the general people who are poor suffer a lot.
